UK Mainland Delivery
We offer flexible delivery pricing based on your order size and value:
For UK Mainland addresses:
- £4.25 — for orders with 1–2 items (Up to 2KG)
- £5.95 — for orders with 3+ items where the basket total is up to £35 (Over 2KG)
- FREE delivery — on orders over £35
To ensure the best delivery experience, we use trusted services:
- Royal Mail 48 Hours — our best-value option for smaller parcels (Up to 2KG)
- FedEx 48 Hours Courier — selected for larger or heavier orders (Over 2KG)
UK Islands Delivery
We are pleased to offer delivery to the UK Islands, with options tailored to suit both smaller orders and larger baskets.
Because deliveries to island locations require additional handling and transit time, the following rates apply:
UK Islands Delivery Options
- £4.25 — for orders with 1–2 items (Up to 2KG)
- Sent via Royal Mail 48 Hours
- Our best-value delivery option for smaller orders
- Usually dispatched within 2 working days.
- £22.00 — for orders with 3+ items (Over 2KG)
- Sent via FedEx 48 Hour Courier
- Selected for larger or heavier orders to ensure safe delivery
- Usually dispatched within 2 working days.
As with all deliveries, timings are estimates and may vary slightly depending on location, weather conditions and courier schedules.
Scottish Highlands Delivery
Because of the additional logistics involved in delivering to remote areas, the following rates apply:
- £4.25 — for orders with 1–2 items (Up to 2KG)
- £12.00 — for orders with 3+ items (Over 2KG)
Delivery services:
- Royal Mail 48 Hours — ideal for smaller parcels
- FedEx 48 Hours Courier — used for larger deliveries
Northern Ireland Delivery
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, pricing is based on order size:
- £4.25 — for orders with 1–2 items (Up to 2KG)
- £18.00 — for orders with 3+ items (Over 2KG)
Delivery services:

- FedEx 48 Hours Courier — for larger items or multiple products
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving the order, although this may vary slightly during busy periods.
Delivery times are estimates and may be influenced by:
- Seasonal demand (especially during gifting seasons such as Christmas)
- Courier schedules
- Weather or unforeseen delays
- Public holidays
We always recommend ordering early when timing is important — especially if your gift is for a special occasion.

Our system automatically selects the most suitable delivery option for your order based on size and weight. This ensures your items arrive securely and as efficiently as possible — without compromising on cost or care.

During peak gifting seasons, we share recommended order deadlines to help your gifts arrive on time. For example, previous seasonal guidance has included:
- UK Christmas delivery deadlines via post or courier
- Early ordering is encouraged to guarantee arrival before key dates.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- If there is any unexpected delay with your order, our team will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery Costs
- Standard UK delivery applies to orders under £35.
- Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders over £35.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
